Letter is used in Canada too, because we have to because we live by the US.
If it was me, I'd be making 2. Shouldn't be too too hard with copy-paste? IDK what you are doing though.

I thought about making one file at 8” x 10” (20.32 cm x 25.4 cm), and let the user’s printer adjust (or not), but wanted to ask to see if there were other options. Thanks!
