Exactly, I don't see that.

Then you're fortunate to live in one of the few places where this isn't a daily occurance.

It was being discussed at length at a U.N Council as far back as 2006.

The British Met Office just recently put out a video, openly acknowledging 'Stratospheric Aerosol Injection'.

This topic is no longer a secret. Nor is it conspiracy...

It's not used as it has trade offs and poses risks. The guy confirms it.

People all across the western world are witnessing it with their own eyes on a daily basis.

If you are in doubt, investigate further...

It is just used to confuse people and distract them from other stuff.
