I don't think so. No mention of nip 60 in the repo.
No idea; NIP-60/61 are extremely easy to implement (particularly now that nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 deleted 75% of the spec 😂) whatever cashu library is there should be enough; what say you nostr:npub12rv5lskctqxxs2c8rf2zlzc7xx3qpvzs3w4etgemauy9thegr43sf485vg ?
Word. CDK would be the target so we can leverage NDK.
Cashu-ts + NDK make things super simple
