Just balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, brown sugar.

Whisk vigorously.

Most salad dressings are just pure seed oil which make you sicker and fatter and more hungry.

If you throw a little mustard powder in there for flavour, it makes a great emulsifier too 👍
