There will always be assholes on any social media site, it’s tricky on Nostr, I’m curious to see how it will be dealt with in the future, sorry that the ladies had the interaction with the idiot, in the meantime report & block, until the devs bring something full proof without limitations for us and new users.

Depends on the client and relays you use. I havrnt had any spam and crap for ages now.

Same I only use Damus and paid relays, but keep in mind not everyone will use paid relays, some just like the ease of things just join, follow and interact
