I’m so pleased I found you on Nostr! I’ve just finished reading “Maiden Voyage” by Tania Aebi about her solo sailing trip around the world as a teenager in the late 80s, following what looks to be a similar route to yours. That book bit me hard and I was looking up sailing yachts online, thinking I should take my family on the adventure of a lifetime. Until that happens, I’m going to live (and zap) vicariously through your posts! 🤩
Awesome thank you 🙏 we’ll do our best to inspire you to take your family sailing. As someone who grew up on a yacht with his parents I wholeheartedly recommend this lifestyle! It was the best gift my parents could have given me. Living on a yacht as a kid introduced me to unique people and showed me there was another way to live and an incredibly beautiful world out there to explore.
