I'm a big fan of beef tallow. I remember feeling like my life was over when McDonalds announced they were getting rid of tallow in favor of vegetable oil. I was crushed. Few things in this world are better than a piping-hot batch of fries cooked in tallow. I got a Steak & Shake new my house that I've never gone to, but I'm going on for some fries once they get it going.
