You can only own what you can defend

My prediction is that most of BC and all of the Yukon will go this way.

Had a similar thing happen in Ontario this summer. A business got booted off its property due to a survey error. Not taking sides here, but if you can no longer be guaranteed title to land that you acquired in good faith it is a recipe for disorder.

"You will own nothing...."

Unsettling watching it play out in the real world.

It is a bit disturbing. These eventually become Supreme Court rulings. Coincidentally in Canada, the Supreme Court has asserted its independence over and above the government of the day, so they are now not answerable to anyone - except for a few select groups.

FN politics in Canada has been an interest of mine for a while, especially with how bitcoin can positively affect this area (though I've lacked discipline in my reading).
