I was close. But, I am curious about the extend they use KYC (if there are any way to circumvent this).
I have also been looking at:
nokyc.cards (looks pretty heavy on fees)
bank.arkfi.io (less fees)
It would be nice with a follow-up, if you succeed in getting a card. I live in the EU and is also looking for a path to an anonymous CC.
