Popular game Borderlands 2 is free on Steam right now.

But it’s basically spyware now. It asks for root access, which means full access to your passwords, internet logs, all private data.

Lots of games collect data, but not all go this deep.

Also, the new EULA bans virtualization, even VPNs. It’s wild.
