Hindu, Are you an American or living in America??? Best advice I can give to you is get out of that country before you crack. I think the cool aid has been passed through several different mediums.

I'm a citizen of many countries. I was living in the US but started looking abroad on advice of my close friend Rabbi S. I still go back often and have business partners in Orange County. Then moved to Canada and then out of Canada and to Southern Europe with lots of time in Africa, the Middle East (including Türkiye which is where Asia meets Europe) and increasingly more time in Asia... I tried living in Latin America but its not my cup of tea, great for vacations though.

Bits of Africa are okay. But the politicians there are on a whole other level when it comes to crazy. And after a certain amount of wealth you become a target.

Well I hope you find your peace. It's easy to call people racist but that word only divides rather than questioning and discussion. I know humans have tribalism built into them as I have also experienced it in many countries too (some times it's based on skin color, intelligence, culture, religion, etc). If a person is really preaching hate they will be their biggest victim. Speaking of SecYellen I have never experienced this.

I've seen racism, experienced racism. And know it's bad out there. Learn more, observe more. Empathize more. And yes Black people have it the worst. I'm not black but I empathize fully. Many times I've driven through Beverly Hills, OC etc. never once been pulled over unless I was speeding like a maniac. Took a black friend with me and Bam! Got pulled over. Time and again like fucking clockwork. It's ridiculous.

Personally, I'm at peace as Rabbi S. And an old Catholic Nun Sister M (whom I helped escape back to Southern Europe) Taught me that having enough $ is the biggest shield one can have.

I'm fine, life is just swell. Yes I'm a capitalist but that doesn't mean I should act like a jerk and not care about POC esp Black people and Native Americans/First Nations.

Well my values are different, a jerk to me is someone who prioritizes a group over the individual. If these "groups" have special priority over me in nostr world I am sure your best friend Jack will ban me and then I wouldn't be too sad. You also might want to change the algorithm to reflect these priorities too.
