The authority of earth is to be respected and obeyed so long as it is aligned with the authority of Heaven. We may ask ourselves how can we tell? We just can. I believe many can feel it in their hearts when something is amiss. We all instinctively, for lack of a better word, possess a fragment of the truth that God Himself has put in us.
