Global economy: everything is recovering except the eurozone

Citizens in the eurozone should start to worry! The global economy is slowly picking up speed again, credit conditions are easy, the war economy is picking up - only the eurozone remains deep in recession. I wonder why that might be? I always assumed that moronic climate regulations would generate massive growth through over-bureaucratization and permanent interventionism! But maybe we just need to keep raising taxes, printing money and doubling the stakes.
