Start9s pre builts i dont onow a ton about but they source open source as much as possible. They have a really great telegram group for asking any questions if they dont chime into this note.

Myself i flashed the OS onto an old lenovo thinkcentre mini and am now running btc core, electrum, lightning, and many other self hosted services for controlling my data and use of the internet 🤙🤙 just make sure to donate some sats their way if possible if you go the DIY route.
