I think it's getting close to not using my walker any more and transitioning to a cane.

I probably should have done this a few weeks ago but seeing as I don't have a physical therapist, I've been as cautious as I can be.

What I do know is that I can now carry my weight on that knee for more then ten seconds, my knee can straighten nearly fully, and I can bend my knee at a 90 degree angle.

It's around 70% stronger now. I just need to work on strengthening it more.
