Does intermittent fasting really help you lose weight?

Intermittent fasting is a widely recognized method for weight loss, which involves restricting the eating time to reduce overall calorie intake. The principle of intermittent fasting is based on limiting the eating window, which results in reducing the total calorie intake, promoting weight loss. During the fasting period, the body relies on stored fat for energy, leading to fat burning and weight loss. Furthermore, intermittent fasting can also increase the body's metabolic rate, promoting fat burning and consumption, improving blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and reducing the risk of developing diabetes and cardiovascular disease

Yes!! I believe in intermittent fasting and feel my best when doing so especially after an extended fast. More importantly focusing on a “Ketovore” diet makes me feel incredible; a diet composed of mainly meat with some berries and other keto type food.
