If you look into this story, it's complete bullshit. He worked in a very specific niche in software, refused to move to a region where that work was happening, and basically refused to pivot out of that niche.
I read his whole blog post about his experience and it's filled with victim mentality bullshit.
AI tools seem to empower experienced devs making them even more valuable not less. Fiat has resulted in a lot of dead weight and that segment will lose.
The problem of the person who made this blog post wasn’t that he refused to use the tools. He literally moved away from his company’s HQ, they went to onsite, and then he refused to move.
It literally has nothing to do with AI.
