I heard somewhere that left-handed people live under stress because society is designed for right-handed people, but I've never felt that much stress, probably because I'm cross-dominance.

Google翻訳で交差利きって入れるとcross-handednessと訳されるしcross-dominanceって入れるとクロスドミナンスにしかならない。本当に通じるワードなのか?英語じゃなくて他の欧州のどこかしらの言葉なのだろうか。ぐぐってもわからん。

I've heard neither "cross-handedness" nor 'cross-dominance'

Really! ? thank you for teaching me!

I use my left hand to hold pens and chopsticks, and my right hand for things like knives, scissors, and ball games. How do you say this in English?

It's not a common term but apparently cross-dominance or mixed-handedness is what it's called.

But I am not native English speaker, so maybe people from UK or US may know more

I feel that the Japanese word "cross-handedness" is also not a very widely used word. I can understand why words related to cross-handedness are not often used in English.

The Wikipedia article is short, so it may not be a common term. Now that I think about it, I remember that I started hearing it in Japanese a few years ago. Sorry for jumping to conclusions…

No apologies needed.

I should thank you for helping me learn something we today 🙏😊

Thank you for saying that, I appreciate your kindness 🙏🥹
