Cake Wallet is the best I've ever used, by far. Fully self-custody, open source, has support for many major coins (with BTC and XMR being the priorities) and it also has some really good features such as a PGP signer/verifier, Cake Pay (buy digital gift cards with any of the supported coins) and so forth. Oh, and they also have optional 2FA for access to the app, as well as a separate app where you can set up an old phone as a cold storage wallet.

Their CEO is also a man of integrity that I hold a lot of respect for.
