This is wrong. Saying the state “is evil” is absurd, or should be rephrased. It won’t educate no one.

The State has bad incentives.

The first one is survival. You can’t “make good” if you are not elected. Eventually that trumps everything. Between a good e room that won’t reeLect you and a bad action that will, the latter is always preferred (if you are elected, you can “compensate" the bad action later)

Also, you can be more “efficient doing good” the more control you have. That’s why engineers love centralisation for eficiency, they never go for robustness through decentralisation, redundancy is always preferred.

These 2 incentives turn its actions evil, even if compromised completely of “good” people.

Finally power always attracts psychos who will have an advantage. You can’t beat evil+ambitious+intelligent
