Got my property assessment from the city in the mail this week. According to city officials, my home went up 100k in value, even though my dog put a hole in the wall 😂

Money printing is one hell of a drug.

We live in 1.31 acres vacant land, they wanted under $35, I guess I can live with that, but I'd prefer $0.

Also, I guess they think your dog is an artist, and that hole is probably the reason it went up so much, would have only gone up like $20k without it 🤣🤣🤣

Good thing I didn't tape a banana to the wall. Imagine them thinking it's worth a few millions!
