They're just trying to harvest more taxes off you. Contest that shit. They bring it back down when you show them pictures of the inside
I contest every year. They charge a $50 fee, but you end up saving up more on your property taxes each time. It's worth the hassle.
We live in 1.31 acres vacant land, they wanted under $35, I guess I can live with that, but I'd prefer $0.
Also, I guess they think your dog is an artist, and that hole is probably the reason it went up so much, would have only gone up like $20k without it 🤣🤣🤣
