Is there a "easy" way to add an wired ethernet connection to a #bitaxe Gamma?

I’ve been wondering this as well. Only way would be through the USB-C port with an adapter and driver support. Would love to hardwire my Bitaxe to Ethernet.

I've read that the USB-C is for "debugging and flashing", so may not be possible.

I have been planning to get a router that shuts off wifi overnight, then realized that the Bitaxe will go offline

You are correct. However, I’d say it’s possible with a future firmware update.

Looking into this further, the BitAxe would definitely need a LAN8720 chip to support Ethernet along with firmware updates to support it.
