that's pretty pricey for such a simple wireless earbud, plastic everything, small battery and bulky housing to accommodate for repair-ability seems like strange tradeoff. From the photos it really looks like something that should be 80% cheaper.

Going after sound quality, wired ear buds + Bluetooth Aux adapter could get a decent bang for the buck and likely better overall battery life. I imagine that if battery replacement/repair is something that matters it means you plan to use earbuds fairly often and could use something durable.
Some people don't like wires anymore, I get it
