Real talk: I’ve been rich (by #USA wealth standards ) 🤑 and grew up in poverty. No amount of any #resources can fill a void in the #soul. Went back and thanked my #teachers for guiding me. They all said I was a #precocious kiddo. Awe 🫢 Even volunteered at my former grade school. 🏫
It sounds privileged to admit that. But everything you say above is #truth in my lived experience. Living my life scheduled from 5 am to 11 pm for many years was helpful. Some of us don’t need the accolades anymore. Those who never did have my ultimate #respect 🫡
