If i didn't spill so much transferring into the jars probably would have gotten 2 pints of lard.
Much cheaper than olive oil the days.
Do you get the chitlins (crunchy leftovers) making lard? Itβs one of the best parts of making tallow.

Not crunchy though. May pan Fry them.
Definitely pan frying them and add a bit of salt at the end. Delicious and nutritious!
