Newb question for you start9 users. I run linux mint on laptop, usually use Librewolf browser, but was unable to set up. I am able to access it on Chromium and Mullvad browsers though, so thats what i'm using for start9. If i want to use another browser or laptop, or my graphene phone, do i have to do the whole setup process for each device and browser?
You would need to download and trust your servers Root Certificate Authority (Root CA) on every device you want to connect to your Start9 server. I have a similar setup like you and that's what I did. To connect remotely to your Start9 server you would need the Tor browser and the .onion address you find under Settings --> About

Have you trusted the root cert authority of your start9 server on the machine you’re trying to use as a terminal?
I’d highly recommend you go to the start nine community forums they have almost every question you could imagine answered on there from past new users
Yes i followed the steps and got it trusted. I have asked a few questions over there too.
