Im building a nostr client, is it bad practice if I send user notes to more relays besides the ones the user has? Or its like fine no one cares? I think one shouldn't expect his notes not to be spread anyway.

It's up to you. Most people won't care and if they do they'll use a different client. That's the magic of Nostr!
Anyone can broadcast notes from anyone else to any relay. I don't think there is any expectation of privacy.
Personally, I don't mind, but some users might appreciate it if it's possible to opt out.
Maybe listing your relays alongside the user's, maybe in a separate section named "built-in" or similar, might be a smart choice.
At least when the user requests a note deletion they expect the note to be deleted from all of the relays it was published to. The deletion request should be sent to all of them anyway.
