Moving bitcoin to cold storage is now labelled as a “payment” on Cash App.

God forbid people withdraw with LN and coinjoin afterwards. Good luck telling the IRS these “payments” weren’t actual payments, but you moving coins to self custody.

use robosats to buy from a peer sending them cash via cashapp, never worry about that again 🤙 the compliance ratchet only tightens one way itll only get worse from here

I do like Strike lets you pay yourself a LN invoice with cash, but that only works with smaller amounts.

But yeah, will look into River. I made an account once I think, but never used it
