PSA: you often don't need to wait for low fees to broadcast your transaction. Just set it a little bit above the current fee rate prune cut-off and forget about it.

E.g. now I would send @ 30 sats/vb and it will eventually be confirmed without me checking the fees everyday. Worst thing that can happen is you need to rbf/cpfp to get it confirmed eventually.

TLDR: if you are not in a hurry, you lose nothing by low-balling the mempool.
