Love being presented as the opposite of fear is a dead end. Trying to love your way out of fear is an exercise in futility.

You might as well say that the opposite of drunk driving is puppies.

Fear is eliminated by confidence. The word confidence comes from the Latin words for "with trust/faith".

It took me most of my life to learn the antidote, and love isn't it.
