I definitely feel some conflict between wanting to bring my skills and experience directly into a Bitcoin job, versus contributing my bitcoiner-ness to a fiat company.

It’s a great role, with a team that I like and respect. Plenty of growth opportunities, and it pays the bills. And I know that every company needs more bitcoiners. At the same time, part of me wants to be more directly involved in Bitcoin. Doing so from within this company would be the ideal circumstance.
