How private can one be on Nostr?
Install the VPN only when you need to do something and uninstall it after that, repeat when you need it.
Remember that the VPNs also have an algo so you have to uninstall it to not trigger it.
The best option is an old cell phone, those that don't ask for a mail address.
I need it all the time because I assume my ISP is logging and leaking to govt
