Today I harested the turmeric and documented the process (with pics). I'll just have to add a couple pictures after it dries out and I grind it up.
I'll probably post a thread about it tomorrow. I'm exhausted. 😮💨 It's been a busy day, but a productive one. 😤

Did you get a mandoline?
Not yet. Fiat money has been tight lately and I want to get a stainless steel glove first (whivh also has not happened yet).
But I don't use the mandoline for processing turmeric. I use a grater instead.
Took a few days to get nostr.cooking accessible from Tor, but it also took almost that long for the turmeric to dry. Here it is, a recipe to grow, harvest, and process your own turmeric!
