No fast IO. They are built to make putting shoes on a deliberate meditation on if you actually need them.
I found once mine were dialed (and broken) in, the back strap can be slipped pretty easily over my heel without loosening, and yet is still firm enough to keep them secure on my feet
I was thinking of getting the earth runners but that sounds very inconvenient in case of an emergency 🏃🏾♀️
I’m always humbled when not wearing shoes and I encounter rocks, since for millions of years. humanity did just that… and many still do
Those shoes look like they cause the over gripping of the toes like most flip flops that can lead to plantar fasciitis and other foot issues. Correct me if I’m wrong.
