Sophia is five months old today! Looking with interest at food when we eat, sometimes reaching for it. Going to wait a while longer to give her any, though.

We have a new little one (3mo) as well. It's such a joy watching them develop and grow
My little one is 8 months. I gave her food to explore about 5.5/6 months. She was curious so I thought why not. I read somewhere that if they can sit without assistance and are showing curiosity it was safe. Mamaβs always know best so follow that intuition. π
