It’s all good. Insomnia and I are old friends

Been meditating since the 90s because of it. All is good. Truly I rarely wake up with sleep.

That’s what they said. I would lay in bed for hours meditating 🧘🏻‍♀️ just to slow my brain 🧠 down. 😂
