b.) the fact that most likely she was consulted by her family and friends, who are now congratulating her for the "responsible" decision she made

Either way, Brenda is going to regret this decision.

But if somebody orangepills her quickly, she can skip buying a house and start stacking sats like a total psychopath. If that happens, she is going to be happy (and she can buy that house too).
