"condoning killing people"
Simply by being in Kyiv, Russians are trying to kill me. In the past few weeks visiting Kyiv and Odesa I've been within 1-2kms of an explosion from Russian air raids three or four times. That's a genuine threat to my life and everyone around me.
Do I "lose my credibility" by condoning the killing of the evil people trying to kill myself and other Ukrainians to steal land and resources?
What do you think Ukrainians should be doing to prevent themselves getting killed?

Ukrainians don't want to get invaded. If anything, feelings towards Russia are at an all time low right now. Especially in areas in Ukraine that are closest to Russia, for the simple reason that those areas got massacred.
Holding elections right now is of course both illegal – the Ukrainian constitution forbids them during war – and obviously unfair and impractical– large chunks of Ukraine would have no way to vote.
The War will continue as elections are not wanted. The country is no longer Ukraine, it’s a test bed for BlackRock’s plans. Ukrainian lands will not be returned to Ukrainian people.

About 20 years ago, I even argued with one Ukrainian. I was trying to prove to him that he's Ukrainian, while he was trying to prove to me that he's Russian 🤣 Of course, he was Ukrainian. His last name was Polishchuk, his father was from Ukraine, and his relatives lived in Green Ukraine.

Refugees from Ukraine live next to me, and it's not just one family, it's thousands of people. Now Kyiv is 'signing bombs,' and they are meant for them as well. I think they would be more pleased with Bitcoin.
With regards to your last sentence. Defecting and escaping is what a normal sane minded person would try to do. Instead of being a sitting duck and potentially one conscripted to fight yet another stupid bloody war.

otherwise you are effectively a combatant or will at minimum be used as a human shield by combatants

no, first of all it's not ukrainians land, it's east ukrainians land,, and after the ukrainan government was taken over in 2014 it really became CIA government and they persecuted the ethnic russians living in the east at some point someone was gonna say "hey, wait a minute" after over 14000 people were killed by blatantly nazi azov bandits under the protection of the government in Kiev

also, i do know about the other side of this, the fascist russians... i had a buddy when i was homeless in amsterdam 2015-2017 who was from a russian and ukrainian parent, he fled moscow after the police beat him so bad he was in need of a hip replacement (this goes back to about 2009 or so btw) and i can only surmise that was because he was half ukrainian... the dutch refused to give him asylum even with the obvious signs of violence perpetrated on him and they ended up expelling him to ukraine, and last i heard from him was in the year before the war started, so idk how things are for him but this shit is fucked up
