Every one of these requires inefficient conversion of heat to electricity. Usually involving water and a turbine.

Wouldn’t a kilogram of pure sunlight on a solar panel be even more efficient?

Don't be daft, the stored sunlight in those is far denser than the light shining on your panel.

I always wanted to steal or otherwise acquire and old Soviet RTG, mebbe a Beta-M and lovingly restore it and power a travel trailer with it.

The first three don't melt down in the boiled dry storage pool when the Idiocracy collapses & fry your ass.

So there is that.
