It's been 3 months since I quit nicotine and I'm feeling healthier and freer than ever. Slowly poisoning myself and wasting so much money feels dumb in retrospect but I was young and naive when I started and got addicted. The proverb "A man has as many masters as he has vices" couldn't be more accurate. If I could do it you can too, just gotta tap into your willpower.

Que bien que pudiste lograrlo 🫡

Costó pero merece la pena 🫡

2 weeks for me. I cheated a couple of times though, but I haven’t bought any cigarettes since.

Stay strong 💪

🤝 keep pushing, you can do it my fren

I also got heavily hooked when I was young, and for a long time. But in my experience there comes a point where you realise you genuinely want to be free of it, and the grip it has on you loosens… For me it was too difficult before that point, and then suddenly, when it finally came, very easy… The trick for me was to honest with myself, and to not be too hard on myself. It’s a difficult transition, in a few ways, but for me it ended the moment I realised I really did want it to…

I feel this way too. The key is wanting to do it, is relatively easy when you are convinced you want to stop.

Congratulations 👏🏻✊🏼

🤝 feels good man, thanks!

Congratulations! Good job. 😊

Thanks 🙏

Well done!

Good on you! Nicotine and I parted ways in June of 2016 after 20 plus years. Stay vigilant. As I was once told, you never quit nicotine you just stop for awhile. This is my longest break and I intend for it to never end.

Congratulations!

Solid advice, will stay vigilant 👀 thank you!
