Oh, it's the 4g modem of the pinephone, it was closed sourced by quectel, but biktorgj did the reverse engineering and released an open sourced version if it.

Ironically enough, I was super excited after installing it on my pinephone and would like to zap biktorgj some sats but got a "no crypto, thanks".
