open eyes in morning. tell little bitch inside sick head to shut the fuck up. get out of your bed. put your fucking shoes on. immediately go outside before little bitch has a chance to recover from primary insult. walk, run, stretch, push ups, sit ups, sweat, sunshine... at LEAST 45 min, preferably 90.

Strongman sounds like fun, but it's too minor in Korea, so I don't think there are any gyms where I can try it😭

I do bodybuilding-style weight training 💪.
