it was climbing up a wall when i found it. It seemed to me like it had bulbous head and a flexible “neck”. When transferring it to the paper it seemed to hang from the wall using a string. The leaf shaped section appears to be a hollow shell. The head and neck could disappear into the inside of the shell, even when hanging from the wall. Could it be a bagworm caterpillar? should i relocate somewhere specific? its in a potted plant for now

I demand that all phones come with built in macro lenses.

I don't know my caterpillars that well! I'm more of a hymenopetera girl.

But I've shared this out so that more of the "bug community" will see. Looks like a neat critter.
