Facebook marketplace. Just turn the thing on and plug it in to make sure everything works. Or get it checked at a repair shop before purchase.

That I do not know. Seeing as how I just got a hand me down laptop after not having one for over 10 years now. New to Apple laptops but so far so good 👍
