In fact there is no KYC bitcoin.
If I sell my #bitcoin getting from CEX on Bisq, the counterpart will think it as no-kyc #bitcoin.

In the logs, your data will be linked to the coins and not the person who you sold. So it’s KYC for the person that bought your coins (if no data was passed to you), not for you.
In a hypothetical case, that the government wants to tax or seize the coins, the only data available will be yours, not the buyer.
