Imagine having an image license choice when uploading your NIP 94 content from Amethyst.

We could easily draft a creator-friendly NIP-94 license parameter and integrate it with the use of the image on Nostr.

Things like:

- creative Commons (set it free for use)

- attribution needs can be handled by clients directly when rendering the image (easy compliance)

- easy zap payment to repost/quote the image from somebody else

Of course, people can always download the image and break the license, but it wouldn't be legal (and quite disgraceful to the creator)

For creators I think some kind of implementation that lets you publish content only to npubs who have paid for access by a zap invoice is more useful than putting a license in the metadata.

How do you propose paying for a creators work? We need to create a vibrant ecosystem where people can live on from their creations.

Value 4 value, zaps, whatever works in free market. If something requires state coercion to work, it is most likely wrong.

If you think of it, copyright laws and NFTs are not very different. Both are based on the idea that we can make something abundant scarce by wishful thinking + promise of violence in case of copyright laws.

Bon idée surtout dans le cadre du Droit d'auteur qui je pense existe dans presque tous les pays, j'émets toutefois un doute en Asie et pour certains d'Amérique Centrale et Sud celui peut aussi concerner la musique, les artistes peintres ...en fait tous les métiers d'Art

Idem pour les NFT et pour ce dernier c'est encore mieux sur le long terme pour les artistes avec une rétribution ...Enfin des informations qui donnent envie d'échanger sur des idées je commencerai à avoir de l'overdose borrative des NIP et relais , laiisez nous le temps d'absorber une petite dose de votre technique. Votre jargon n'est pas usité pour Tous ni non plus accessible à tous❣️💜

This is the wrong way. If a user doesn't want their image shared for free, then they shouldn't be uploading it to a public server.
