If you are unable to articulate the value that you bring, it's likely that others will fail to notice it. But if you feel that your work consistently goes unrecognized, you may want to look for another role. Even better, use your productivity to build a product or service yourself, that people are willing to pay for, and from which value flows directly to you (the most straightforward kind of recognition).

I'm actually good at getting people to pay me money, oddly enough.
It's just hard to get recognition from my coworkers. It all looks so natural and effortless, but it's like... just try to find someone else who can do that. 😏
My bosses and customers know because they've looked and didn't find anyone else.
My "that's what I mean" was because you didn't realize I was referring to Nostr because you haven't noticed me doing any work. 😂
Ouch.
Don't feel bad about that, I barely have time to check my feed, let alone follow who builds what.
But if you wish I was aware of your work, I suggest you post more notes about it (if you did and I missed it, apologies)
