But could you make a website that is just a button that says clone me a nostr client. And it will clone amethyst or Damus or jumble and make a 'unique' cloned client each time? Press button, client is cloned and apk is posted to git hub. Oh actually this doesn't work for Apple users but still.

Also isn't it a matter of time till APKs are banned? How about phones which don't even allow a different OS?

It’s not about cloning clients. It’s about exploring the entire terrain of “nostr for X” the way VCs did “Uber for X” in the 2010s.

We collectively don’t know which applications of the relay-self-signed network mental model will truly disrupt the old central-ID-email-password network model of the prior generation.

“Sign in with nostr extension or nsec” is just beginning

Sure, that's more longterm, I was thinking about the short-term mostly here cos it could very well be around the corner for the Brits and Euros
