Emotional attachment aka love , is overrated .. most human advance is accomplished by commitment and dedication .. and the respect that these two attributes generate !

Perhaps but I don't think you can continue to create an accomplished human without it.
Quite the opposite - Accomplished humans get created when they get over their constant need for emotional connection !
